If you're a Swiftie, you're likely familiar with our 3-5 business day turnaround time from proof approval (if requested, we don’t send proofs when artwork comes camera ready!). Think basic business cards, letterhead, envelopes, postcards, rack cards, menus, stickers/labels on sheets, and cards.

Now, for the "specialty" orders that have a bit more steps in the process:
Custom Printed Checks
Expect 14-16 business days. Security requirements adds a bit more steps in the process, making it take bit longer.
Custom Printed Pocket Folders
Allow 10-15 business days for printing, trimming, die cutting, folding, and gluing. We like to provide the proper time for each step to make sure those pocket folders look their best!
Custom Printed Mailing, End of Year Appeals & Wedding Invites
Plan for 7-10 business days. Depending on the mailing type, timelines can vary. If it involves inserting and sealing envelopes, we might need closer to 7-10 business days. Specialty pieces, like die-cut or foiled elements, may extend the timeline. Also, anything in the thousands quantity may take up to three weeks in production.
Custom Printing with Foil, Embossing & Debossing
Count on 10-15 business days. Foiling involves multiple steps, especially if there are non-foiled elements in the artwork as well. This is an art, not a science!
Custom Printed Labels on a Roll
Give it 2-4 weeks, depending on the label type and whether you opt for spot color or four-color process.
Custom Printed Pieces with Lamination
Allocate 10-15 business days. Fun fact: lamination requires a 24-hour wait after printing to ensure the highest quality finished product.
Custom Printing cut in a unique shape aka Die Cut & Kiss Cut
Plan for 10-15 business days. Custom die creation can take up to 15 business days, but if we have an existing size die, it might slightly decrease the turnaround time.
Stapled Bindery
Count on 5-7 business days. Standard stapled booklets typically meet our 3-5 business day timeline, but high quantities or thick books may take up to 7 business days.
Non-Stapled Binding
Plan for 10-15 business days. Non-stapled binding, including coil, perfect, and wire binding, factors in additional days for collation and machine setup. We do offer a walk-up service for basic presentation bindery when you only need a handful or so at a time.
