Meet Jessica Gutowski-Slaydon
President and Third-Generation Leader at Swift Printing
Jessica Gutowski-Slaydon is the president of Swift Printing, a third-generation commercial printing company located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Jessica joined the family business full time in 2014 and now leads Swift Printing alongside her brother, Walt Gutowski III. Together, they are carrying forward a printing legacy built on craftsmanship, strong customer relationships, community involvement, and a willingness to help people find practical solutions.
Jessica believes printing should feel approachable. Customers do not always know which paper, printing process, mailing method, size, finish, or quantity will work best, and they should not have to figure it out alone. She enjoys asking questions, explaining the available options, and helping customers make decisions that support their goals and budgets.
Her printing experience includes commercial digital and offset printing, direct mail, newsletters, postcards, brochures, booklets, envelopes, labels, signage, variable-data printing, event materials, donor campaigns, community publications, and specialty finishing.
Jessica is especially passionate about helping West Michigan businesses, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, schools, associations, campaigns, and community groups communicate clearly through print. She understands that a successful project involves much more than putting ink on paper. Good printing requires thoughtful planning, accurate files, careful proofing, appropriate materials, dependable production, and attention to every detail through delivery or mailing.
