1. You send us the project details.

Complete the quote form and upload your artwork or reference files if you have them.

2. A real person reviews your request.

Your project is reviewed by someone on the Swift Printing team, not automatically priced by a mystery calculator.

We look at quantity, production method, paper, finishing, mailing requirements and timing.

3. We may ask a few questions.

Sometimes one small change can significantly improve quality or reduce cost.

If we need clarification, we will contact you.

4. We prepare your estimate.

You will receive pricing based on the specifications discussed.

For more complicated projects, we may provide multiple options so you can compare quantities, papers or production methods.

5. Ready to move forward?

Once you approve the quote, you can place your order, submit final artwork and move into proofing and production.
