INK, IT’S IN MY BLOOD.
Who is Jessica…
and why does she keep sending me emails?
I coordinate our community relations and office relations at Swift. My grandpa is the late Walt Sr., and I feel honored to follow in his footsteps. Just like Grandpa (and my dad), I LOVE printing and LOVE Bridge Street.
I’m sending these email blasts as a way of helping you get to know us better, and to thank you for your business. By choosing to support your local printer, you make it possible for us to impact the community in ways that reach beyond just printing services.
From the Walt Gutowski Sr Golf Outing (June 25) that supports children’s programs at the YMCA, to the WestSide Stride – our weekly community running/walking event that supports our neighboring businesses on Bridge Street – we continually seeks ways to get involved and ensure our community remains an ideal place to live and work.
I truly believe you can be a profitable business and still put people, community and our environment first. As I continue to lead Swift Printing with the same values instilled in me by my grandpa and father, you can feel good about the products you receive. Not only are they held to a higher standard and locally produced, but you can say 10 families in the Grand Rapids area have careers because you choose to buy from Swift.
Thank you for all of your business and referrals to your friends and colleagues. You are what makes it possible for Swift to continue to grow!

Why I love Printing:
The more I learn about the printing world, I realize just how much knowledge there is out there. You could ask two experts the same question and they would each have several different ways to get to the same solution. And for me, that is exciting! It’s great to spend my time with people who appreciate the craft of print making and enjoy critical thinking.
Here’s a little clip Heidelberg did when I was at their US Headquarters learning about our new press, Anna.
