Franciscan Life Process Center Rhythms Trail Run Sign Up

It’s that time of year to see some nuns rock some neon colored running shoes! The Annual Rhythms Trail Run takes place October 1 at the Franciscan Center in Lowell. Please consider joining us in supporting this run/walk. All proceeds support the Franciscan Life Music Therapy Program. This year the goal is to raise $50,000. The Franciscan Sisters even serve their famous stew after the exercise.

The Franciscan Life Process Center is a place everyone should visit. They have a beautiful property (a 230 acre farm) in Lowell, Michigan. This campus contains a variety of settings for creative programs and serves people of all ages. I have great childhood memories of taking an interactive watercolors class there with a grade school friend.

The FLPC actually has another location that they operate out of as well in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Right around the corner from Swift Printing at the old St. Adalbert’s school, a landmark church on the WestSide.
