What Happens After You Request a Quote?

We know printing can feel confusing if you do not work with it every day. Here is what happens when you reach out.

1. Tell us about your project.

Send us the quantity, size, deadline and artwork if you already have it.

Do not know the paper? No problem!

Do not know whether you need digital or offset printing? No problem, most people don’t request a certain style of printing, our team makes the best choice based on quantity, timeframe and budget.

2. We take a look.

Our team reviews the project, artwork, paper, finishing, mailing requirements and timing.

3. We recommend the best way to produce it.

Sometimes the smartest option is not exactly what you originally asked us to quote.

If we see a way to save money, improve the finished piece or make production easier, we will offer suggestions (if you want them!)

4. You approve your quote and proof.

Before production, we make sure everyone knows exactly what is being printed.

5. We print it.

Then we finish, package, mail, deliver or have the project ready for pickup — based on what you need.

How Much Does Commercial Printing Cost?

The answer nobody loves: it depends.

But there is a reason.

Printing prices are based on things like quantity, finished size, paper, number of pages, color, finishing, mailing requirements and turnaround time.

Sometimes printing 500 pieces one way is inexpensive, while printing 5,000 another way can actually lower your cost per piece substantially.

That is why we would rather talk with you than make you guess your way through an online calculator.

Turnaround depends on what you are making.

Straightforward digital projects can move quickly. Larger quantities, mailing projects, specialty stocks, booklets, labels, foil, die cutting and other finishing take more time.

We can work backward and help build a realistic production schedule.

Today, the third generation of the Gutowski family is helping lead the company.

We are proud of that history, but we do not expect you to hire us because our grandparents started a printing company. We still have to earn the next job.
